Responsibilities
- Implementing security policies to achieve the system’s security objectives.
- Link incident data to identify gaps.
- Analyze logs from multiple sources to identify potential threats to network security.
- Analyze cyber defense trends and provide reports on them.
- Evaluate and monitor the cybersecurity aspects of the organization’s practices by implementing and testing systems.
- Perform technical and non-technical risk and vulnerability assessments of the organization’s technical environments.
- Provide recommendations to enable effective remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Develop cyber defense tools.
- Describe and analyze network traffic to identify anomalous activities and potential threats to network resources.
- Coordinate with the rest of the cyber defense staff to verify the reliability of network alerts.
- Provide daily summary reports of networking events and other cybersecurity-related activities consistent with the organization’s policies and requirements.
- Ensure that decisions made regarding cybersecurity are based on basic risk management principles.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or any related major
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Certificates related to cybersecurity.
- A fresh graduate
